Nice, clean room near the park and the lake.
Some noise from the road.

Very central location with ample free parking facilities (so far at least) close by. Good breakfast (paid for separately). Lovely hosts. Room had plenty of storage space, which is something that very strangely one does not find in most hotels, so really no need to live 'out of your suitcase'. All in all a rather convenient base. We were only staying for two days but would not have minded staying on for a few more days.
Size of room is what it is, although not sure if there were bigger rooms. The ample storage made up for this so there was no clutter in the end. Also no lift up to the first floor. Beware, loaded travellers! But stairs pretty straight so no real hassle. Hosts were also pleased to help out.

Location by Loch Lomand was superb! Just a short walk to Loch. Kitchen next to room really helpful with fridge freezer and washing facilities.
Cleanliness could have been better. Although advert said no on site parking, we found parking tricky, as where we went had a sign saying no overnight parking and we had to carry luggage more distance than we would have liked. And then up the stairs. Not easy if you have a back problem.
