Great location. Loredana was lovely and we really appreciated getting early access to our room after a long flight.
The air conditioning in our room didn't work and it was hot and very stuffy. We put up with it on the first night, but on the second day it became difficult to deal with. A different staff member was on duty and was not overly helpful. She did lend us a big fan. I was OK with it but my husband was dissatisfied with the level of service.

The location of this Hostel was excellent for our needs, on the 4th floor, with no other buildings right in front, didn't get direct sunlight, but very bright. Very close to the Vatican and Castel Sant Angelo. Elevator to reach the Hostel with code for the front door, very helpful staff, and an amazing terrace right above with a lovely view of Rome.

It was a lovely stay! . A bit noisy sometimes but it’s an old building.

Location to Vatican and other sites.
Fantastic rooftop seating area.
The girl at reception was outstanding so friendly and helpful.
Advertised as a luxury holiday stay but in reality a budget styled hotel room
Extremely over priced .
