Beautiful facility, peaceful garden room, comfortable traditional beds. Really loved the private onsens. Breakfast and dinner were amazing. The staff were extremely friendly/helpful…they even packed us some to-go food when we weren’t able to stay for breakfast the morning we left.
Room was a little musty smelling at the entrance and needed a dehumidifier.

We loved everything about this hotel! From the moment you step into the hotel, you feel relaxed. The lobby is beautiful! The check-in process was very quick and welcoming. Our room was amazing, spacious, and very comfortable. Very different from other hotels, but the bed was super comfy, and the room was quiet. We especially loved the private bathing rooms. There is no shower in your room, so you have to go to the bathing rooms, which are so wonderful and relaxing. We never had an issue with availability. They are super clean and well stocked with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.
The location is perfect for walking everywhere in town. The hotel is peaceful, and the staff are lovely and very helpful.
Nothing at all to complain about.

It was very beautiful, all the staff are so kind. Big shout out to Edward. The location is amazing. The private onsen are incredible and there was always one available. The yukata were a real treat. A peaceful escape.
