I did not have time to eat breakfast due to early departure for the airport.
I like the free transportation from the airport and also going to the airport. This is a wonderful service that I appreciated.
A complimentary bottled water in the room would have been appreciated.

The airport shuttle bus and driver was great, thankyou.
If breakfast was a little bit later, for example 9.30 finish, we could have slept in more. But after breakfast we had to sit around for an hour with nothing to do. The orange cones outside said NO PARAKING, which was funny. I posted it on Facebook.

They offer free shuttle buses to Kansai airport. The parking is free. There is a combini nearby. The rooms are clean.
Not a lot of vegetarian option for breakfast.
