Perfect place, big, clean, comfortabl,e beautiful house, gorgeous garden, fully equiped kitchen, away from the city but still 10 minutes drive to the supermarkets. Smooth contact with owners.

This is a Real Pearl - Quiet, Authentic, The Kids loved the Pool and really easy to get around and see what Umbria has to offer:-)
The beds squeak a little - but that is actually quit charming (Just for a week:-))

Everything. The pool, the view, the garden and the house... all amazing for the given price. Plenty of room for kids, and also space around the pool is very important. The pool is cleaned up every morning. There are only few houses around so you have your privacy. The nature around is almost untouched, beautiful. Perugia is very near, Siena 1,5h of drive. Both cheap to eat, drink and buy holiday gifts. Weather is very pleasant, warm but also a bit windy which is perfect.
Only small details. Kitchen needs a bit more equipment, stairs do the lower apartment are not "small kid friendly", the staircase could have a small doors so small children don't climb up. Warm water in apartments is complicated. There should be a separate regulator in both apps. The host speaks only Italian :/
