My wife and I enjoyed a fabulous few days at Mimosa Villa Mini and in the Margaret River region. The villa was cosy, modern and beautifully presented - a credit to the hosts. A great launching spot to tour the wineries, beaches, coastal walks, galleries and the Margaret River township. Highly recommend the White Elephant Beach Cafe and The Common local pub, both in easy walking distance. Perfect location for a Margaret River adventure!

Lovely accommodation and an excellent host. Well equipped property, large and also private.

Really enjoyed our stay! It felt private and secluded, even with the owners living above, which we really appreciated. The space was comfortable and peaceful, making for a relaxing getaway. Would definitely stay again!

This is not a two bedroom rental. The second bedroom is an additional fee, which doesn’t make sense. This is not a stand-alone villa, it’s a basement apartment. Very dark with only views of the fence. The apartment is trying very hard to be luxurious but the toilet seat is too small, the shelves are coming off the wall, and worst of all you only get WiFi in the master bedroom. They provide shampoo, conditioner, soap, and some basic cooking supplies. Make sure you bring your own coffee. Instructions were unclear as to whether or not they would provide coffee and which pods to bring if they didn’t. It wasn’t all bad though. The location was amazing, the beds were very comfortable, and the shower was nice. If the marketing had more accurately reflected the rental then we would have given it a better rating.
