House of Garden is opposite a road on which there are rice fields. It's about 5 km from any eating places. We had a room in the owners house. The bedroom and bathroom are very large, with hot running water. The living room is small and a very uncomfortable vinyl futons about 4foot away from a TV that only has thai public channels. Not a nice space to stay too long in. There is an outdoor furniture set that looks towards an unkempt garden and large fence, no rice field view. Unfortunately the pool was not operational for our 11night stay, which we were told only after we had paid. So it's worth checking.

As we were staying 11 nights we really needed a kitchen. Unless you are in a bungalow please note that there is no kitchen. The kitchen belongs to the owner and it is only out of politeness that she shares it at all. You will need to travel three times a day to get food. Also the host is polite but if you would require guidance or support, she is not that kind of host.

Size of the rooms. It's very quiet. Peaceful. Friendly host

Shower has a leak that's "fixed" with towels to absorb the water. They get very musky & smelly. Had to put them in the sun to dry every day

La famille qui vit sur place est très accueillante et veut rendre notre séjour agréable. Nous sommes arrivés tard, et elles nous attendaient avec le sourire. Le jardin est joli et la maison assez grande. Les chambres sont spacieuses et les lits confortables. Maison à la campagne, avec les bruits des insectes et grenouilles (assez agréable sauf une nuit où les grenouilles et cigales ont été très bruyants mais assez typique de la saison des moissons)

La maison n'était pas très propre et les équipements vieillissants, sans que rien ne nous soit signalé avant ni au moment de notre arrivée : cuisinière graisseuse, quasi rien pour cuisiner, lave vaisselle en panne, micro-ondes chauffant mal, bouilloire capricieuse, piscine verte, robinets cassés...
