It was my first time there. The staff were warm and welcoming.

The room was as described on the website. My room was clean and comfortable. I requested first floor or a room near an elevator (they accommodated me). It was very quiet at night which I appreciated.
The booking said I could pay at the hotel; however, the money was withdrawn the day prior.

i didn't have breakfast in my package. there is a starbucks nearby and i grabbed coffee and an egg there
hotel room was minimally stocked, and lacked attention to detail. in the bathroom, there was one package of soap for the sink and the liquid soap in the shower was empty. I had to ask for the soap dispenser to be filled. there was nothing in the refrigerator (no mini bar), and there were no utensils in the tea/coffee area. I ended up eating my takeout using two coffee stirrers like chopsticks. ugh

Easy access from highway. Clean.
Our power went out around 3am so we ended up leaving around 4am. No compensation or apologies from the hotel for the inconvenience and shortened stay.
