Grupotel Port D´Alcudia

The hotel was very clean, which is very important for me, traveling with small people and children. There was a kitchen in the apartment, and a set for washing dishes with a sponge was provided. The room was clean, extra blankets, baby cot. Even though we lived on the 5th floor, the elevators worked quickly and there were no queues. Excellent breakfast, varied dinners. There were 2 playgrounds on the territory. The evening animation for kids is just great, thanks a lot to the animator! Children's disco, face painting, balloon inflating. Also, the location of the hotel is good, a good beach is very close, about 6 minutes with a stroller, a supermarket is opposite the entrance to the hotel, and lidl is within walking distance where you can buy a variety of normal food, because in small shops there is only water and chips. There is always a parking space near the hotel by car, and you can also quickly get to the old town of Alcudia by car. The exit to the main highway in Palma is also close, so you can get to the airport in 45 minutes. We liked it, the hotel lived up to expectations

A large traditional hotel, the furniture was worn out. Audibility between numbers, but nothing can be done about it. We had a half board, the choice of food for small children could have been more.

The only thing I didn't like was the lack of smart TV. It would also be great if they changed the bed linen

Very nice hotel with comfortable rooms. Very nice, friendly and helpful stuff, both in reception desk as well as in restaurant. A lot of attractions for kids in each age. Very good food with a huge variety.

Some lacks of healthy food for kids (lack of oatmeals on breakfast or only some kind of breaded food for dinner looking like typical frozen food).

Apartment was a good size and clean but very dated

Food was awful & hotel was very dated and needs complete refurbishment. Staff at reception very unwelcoming.
