We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spread over two floors, which made it feel spacious and comfortable. It was equipped with all the necessary appliances and everything we needed during our stay. The location was absolutely perfect! The apartment was also very cozy and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Highly recommend!

There are 4 apartments in the building which is above a cafe. The apartment is quiet even though located above the cafe and opposite the market. We stayed in O’Palheiro apartment. The location on the lagoon side of Costa Nova is perfect. Well within walking distance of all restaurants and also the beach. The apartment is spacious with 2 bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms. The larger room has a glass open plan bathroom and toilet. Both bedrooms have a small balcony with table and chairs. The larger room balcony is accessed through the bathroom. The lounge/kitchen area is spacious with a well equipped kitchen and large dining table and 2 chairs in the lounge area. There is a shared terrace area at the rear of the property accessible from the lounge with sun loungers. Communication was excellent and the apartment is great value for the location.

The lounge area is not too comfortable so we spent most time upstairs. This did not affect our stay as we were out most of the time enjoying the beautiful weather. The glass bathroom layout is unusual but we didn’t mind this as there are other bathrooms to use. The terrace at the rear has extractors from the cafe kitchen below with strong smells from the ovens.

Double bed was small, patio small and only one pillow each despite asking for 2 more - there were no more pillows!
