Was unsure we could eat dinner at the hotel all day as they had an outside booking. That’s not acceptable as a resident. We did get a booking as it happened but that shouldn’t have been an issue as a resident.
Been twice never been able to use roof top terrace.

The Roanny hotel is excellent, everything from the welcome in reception, to the beautiful rooms, everything was high end. We ate in the Brasserie restaurant as the main Michelin star restaurant wasn't open and it didn't disappoint, service was good, food was lovely and a good wine list. Breakfast was in the same room and again everything was done so well. I would highly recommend staying here, especially if you are visiting the circuit.
Everything was excellent, I might have liked some soft music playing in the Brasserie, but that is about all I can think of. I will definitely stay for longer and use the spa next time,

The room was very nice with a big bath, shower, bed and balcony and the parking was great.
The main Michelin star restaurant was not open on the Thursday evening when we checked in. Even the basic bar/restaurant wasn't open for Thursday lunch. The breakfast was very basic for a top hotel, even compared to other local hotels. The food and drinks were expensive, even though you had paid a premium for the room.

La proximité
- le service : humeur de la serveuse , payer un petit déjeuné ou les miches sont dures, pain chocolat/croissant dur aussi, pas de drap pour tenir le pain a couper au buffet (tout le monde y passe), le lard baigne dans la graisse , bien triste.
