We loved the sea view from our room, the excellent location, and the friendly, helpful staff. Shops, restaurants, and beaches were all within walking distance.

The tap water was salty, which made showering and brushing our teeth uncomfortable. We had to buy drinking water, but the nearby shops made this easy.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is beautiful, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, whether at reception, by the pool, or at the bars. We also loved the massage chairs and all the facilities. We recommend staying for at least five days to fully enjoy everything the hotel has to offer.

Unfortunately, our room had a very strong smell of sewage. It faced the entertainment area, where the noise was very loud, and the sound insulation was poor. The tap water was also salty, which made showering and brushing our teeth uncomfortable.

Beds were comfortable and clean despite the reviews we saw about dirty/stained bedding, we didn’t experience this. Location was fab, close to a handful of restaurants/bars and gift shops/supermarkets in Cala egos. 2 stunning beaches within walking distance.

Quality of the food was pretty low but we felt that was to be expected for the price we paid for all inclusive, cheap local spirits which didn’t taste nice, but the beer was San Miguel. We only ate in the restaurant a couple of times and chose to eat out a few times as we felt the food was often cold in the buffet and there wasn’t very much choice, there was usually 3/4 main dishes and a small choice of sides plus the usual salads and breads. The room was modern enough but some fixtures and fittings such as bathroom and kitchenette could do with replacing. The shower pressure was bad and there was often a smell from the drains in the room. Water quality is horrible but that’s not the hotel’s fault.
