Staff was friendly. Hotel room was wonderful with an awesome view.
Restaurant was a little too expensive. Workout room had no water available.

Great location on riverfront, beds were comfortable, inside decor quite gothic in the communal part of hotel.

First time we have stayed here despite going to Boppard for 20+ years. When asked in the Christmas shop they asked us where we were staying and we said the Belleview he said best hotel in Boppard - and so it proved to be An excellent stay. My wife has said this where we will be staying in future, and she is boss. If staying I recommend getting the river view Very few things better than a glass of cold wine sitting on the balcony. Only slightly more expensive than neighbours but money well spent. Breakfast is extensive and very tasty. Highly recommend

Beautiful location and helpful staff. Nice outdoor restaurant.
There was no air conditioning and it was 40 degrees outside. The building completely retained heat and it was more like an episode of survivor than a luxury vacation. This was supposed to be a treat for us and it was instead unbearable. I felt actually very ill and there was no escaping the heat. I mistakenly assumed that a four-star property would be equipped to face the unfortunate reality of more frequent heat waves.
