The hotel is in a excellent location, very clean and the staff are great.
We made a mistake with our booking and the hotel manager ( Gigdem)went the extra mile to resolve the issue for us so we could continue to enjoy our holiday.
Fatih in the restaurant delivered a great service and was really attentive. Our daughter was unwell during our trip and she was really helpful.
The spa was also a lovely extra, again clean with great staff - really nice to spend time in it after walking around the city.
I really can't explain how nice the staff were and so helpful.
We would definitely return to this hotel.
