The hotel is stylish and comfortable, and the facilities are generally good. I especially appreciated having access to a shower room after check-out. The reception team the following day were extremely professional, friendly and helpful—thank you very much to them.
For almost €500 per night, I expected a much higher standard. The breakfast was quite ordinary, and the coffee quality was particularly disappointing—it tasted like the cheapest available option. Service from the waiters on the terrace was also very poor.
The reception staff during check-in did not seem very professional, although the team working the following day were excellent. The hotel does not have its own beach and is rather far from the main attractions. In my opinion, it is best suited to guests coming mainly for the casino; for a regular leisure trip to Marbella, it may not be the most convenient choice
