This place was super charming and in a wonderful location. The breakfast was better than most we've experienced in Europe. The place was spotless cleanliness wise!!! The parking was okay, but tight. The hotel was mostly quiet. The showers were excellent. Overall, this is a good deal for what you pay. Worth it.
The beds are typical European style - so not made for comfort. No air conditioning which isn't bad in cooler months. Unfortunately there was a lot of smoking outside our patio, so we couldn't keep the air circulating as much as we would have liked.

The room was just as described and comfortable with a little balcony with a great view. The included breakfast was great with more than adequate options. Konigsee is a small, scenic town. We loved the location for being able to walk to the scenic boat launch, Jennerbahn cable car lift, several restaurants, and having the bus stop just across the road. It was all so convenient. The town rolls up the sidewalks at night, so is very quiet and peaceful.
There were several small things in the room that needed repair, but not enough to change our opinion of the hotel.

The location of the hotel is excellent so do the staff inside. We've spent 2 nights in this hotel and as it was booked completely we received a huge apartment where the bathroom itself was as large as a regular room in other hotels with its bathing facilities. However the furniture and the equipment was a bit outdated everything was clean and adequate. The breakfast was really good with wide selection.
My wife found the bed a bit hard for her taste but it was really fine for me. Nothing else I could complain for.
