Everything is amazing about this hotel . the location, the room , the view from the room , the breakfast was so good as well . Although there is minimal contact with the staff but they are really nice and cool.. I enjoyed it especially taking the boat as a transportation .. I will stay here again definitely when I visit Stockholm

The location and hospitality were excellent.
Staff knocking on the door and asking whether I am checking out before time despite making a request for an hour’s extension which was granted.

The location was fantastic
The easiest way to reach the hotel was not available - it was a planned outage of the ferry stop but nobody told us or even brought it to our attention when we booked in and paid .
Also, we paid for a suite which was one massive room rather than a ‘suite’ - everything was a little shabby, including the bathroom fittings and we couldn’t get hot water in the shower. The view was rather marred by the work on the ferry terminal right in front of the hotel.
