The room was beautifully equipped with everything you could possibly need, centrally located and surprisingly quiet. We had a city view room and it was lovely, the location was perfect for exploring Palermo and enjoying everything the city has to offer. Everything was comfortable, convenient, and well thought out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in the heart of Palermo

Very good location, just 150m from Via Vittorio Emmanuel that leads to historic downtown. Very close to many historic and touristic sites, as well as good restaurants in the city center.
Also offered excellent communication and many extra services. Different snacks, a good assortment of toiletries & a lot of extras such as, travel tooth brush/paste, makeup removal, mini sewing kits, emergency medicine, etc. We also appreciated the spacious terrace overlooking the Palermo Marina Yachting club.
Elevator was a little slow, but we were glad to have it since the penthouse was on the fourth floor.
Nothing, every thing was great!

The well equipped kitchen. Beautiful interior with lovely furnishings and artifiacts.
Turned out to be sharing with 2 other people which I didn’t realise when I booked it but it turned out ok in the end.
