They changed my room from 4th floor to 2nd floor which was good & comfy plus lift! The location were perfect! cleaning were not bad..

When i arrived there the reception girl told me to go up 4th floor room R by stairs without lift with luggage that side were no lift, But there were No room R at all even she tried to find room R but couldn't after that she spoke to her manager and changed my room.. Too early to close main door 2200 pm...

Great location, near to everything that you could ask for. The bed is very comfortable. I like it. The room also has big locker and power plug, which makez it convinient.

Quite a number, lets see: 1. No towel provided and you need to pay for one. It is not made clear during booking. 2. Payment by cash only. Also not made clear during booking, thank god i have cash with me at that time. I texted the host via the app but no reply. The number provided doesnt have whatsaps, so there is no way to contact the host unless you call. 3. Host not responsive in the booking app. I texted asking whether i can check in very late at midnight, to confirm whether there will be staff for the check in. Complete silence, no one reply. I had to spent money to buy another flight earlier arrival time, fearing that i will be left stranded at midnight if no staff is available to check me in. 4. Dirty bathroom. I understand this is a hostel but please take good care of the bathroom and not let it moldy, dirty, and sticky all over like it hadnt been clean for months. Please spend time to deep clean every week. The room and bed is already very comfortable but it saddens me the bathroom very much ruined the experience. I just cant stand to use the bathroom. Thank god i only stay for 1 night.
