Because it's a key problem, it was impossible to use the room safe, tho Anastasia offered an option. The room safe can be carried off, it's not secured to the wall.
The room key was also tricky, so I went out without locking it if popping out nearby.

It’s located quite close to the city center which is a plus factor. Also, it’s quiet despite the fact that it’s located along Dizengoff Street.
Nothing really except that the comforter was a bit narrow, I guess the room would work well for one person.

Staff were friendly and helpful, but I couldnt find anyone around when
I went to check out. A cleaner called the boss and i spoke to him on her phone to tell him I was checking out.
The access to the main area of the Kikar ( mall) was great as was public transport. It was a great location .
The pictures on the site were inaccurate, the room I had was poorly laid out, small and the bathroom was run down and unsafe. I also had to ask for my room to be serviced as on the second day, I was left with no toilet paper, and no fresh towels. The photos of food and a restaurant, on the site it turned out that the cafe was not operating There was a convenience store next door but nowhere to eat there.
