The location was handy for what we needed

It has a great location if you’re into the party scene of The Strip
The arrival arrangements out of season - we booked at 6-7pm for 1 birthday night out on The Strip. Arrival time of 9pm accepted. At 9pm there was no communication regarding entry. We called, emailed & texted. After some faffing around with online forms & deposit payments we were eventually given the entry code at 10pm - after and hour standing on the streets with our luggage. Also the front gate is quite has its handle close to the wall and partner jammed their finger in it - huge swelling & bruise. Apartment was very clean but it did have a few small cockroaches in the bathroom - but to be expected in the middle of Albufeira

Location was perfect
Check in was very hard work. I was sent a form to fill in that had already been filled out by a lady from France. I was told to delete her info and add my info. Then I was being questioned about how I knew this lady which I obviously didn’t. Then they refused to give me the keys to check in as apparently the French lady had extended her stay. They hung up on me, ignored my calls and were pretty rude on the phone. It was pretty stressful to be honest and I didn’t get access to the apartment until 5:45pm
