Food was good

Very clean, located on a very big land. Very quiet and secure hotel. The room I used was very big, I loved it. Well done team, the staff was amazing. The food was delicious, I enjoyed an assortment of fruits, papaya, water melon, mangoes, etc.

The only issue I had was the water pressure through the shower. The water pressure was very low and at times it would even drop. This meant that I would take longer in the shower, other than that, I enjoyed.

The different restaurants that they have all in one place. Then the greenery ia just on point.

The fact that you have to pay a fee for food to be delivered to your room. Then secondly, the place is so big, so you can easily get lost, if they could have more signposts that are atleast 1.5m tall.

Room was spacious.

Staff of the banqueting during conference was not careful: one kitchen staff bumped into me with metal hot tray that had a sharp end: it pierced and tote my blouse and pierced into my shoulder. I had to disinfect the wound. The reaction of staff was not what one would expect, especially in such expensive location. Good quality not great, also limited options during breakfast. Room service menu was incorrect so order was canceled. Gymclass started at 05.30, great bit not if your room is opposite that gym hall! Room had broken fan: only highest/fastest and noisiest mode worked… so no fan as the noise would have kept me awake.
