Ce bâtiment bien conçu comprend une cour centrale, six ascenseurs, des piscines intérieure et extérieure, une salle de jeux (l'équipement de jeu n'est pas fourni), des courts de tennis, des saunas et le WIFI gratuit. Plusieurs plans d'étage comprennent 1 chambre avec boudoir, 2 chambres avec boudoir et 3 chambres, toutes avec 2 salles de bain complètes. Chaque unité est équipée d'une buanderie privée, de l'air central et d'un grand balcon. Un parking sur place est disponible moyennant des frais non remboursables payés au bâtiment. We enjoyed our stay and the amenities at Sea Watch. It would be even better with a hot tub. The elevators are so hot-no moving air. The parking garage elevator was broken the first 2 days we were there, so was so hot having to climb flights of stairs. It would be so much easier to be able to go from the condo building to the parking garage without having to go to the lobby, walk to the parking garage & up that elevator. There are 3 squirrels that you can hand feed in the lobby, & a bowl of nuts in the office to feed them! The atrium is beautiful with the waterfalls. Our condo had some minor maintenance issues-screws fell out of the storm door, master sliding screen door was off the track upon arrival & the master bath had a crack in the toilet seat all the way through that pinched! The wicker furniture with cushions on our balcony was so comfy, a nd a nice change from the cheap plastic deck chairs normally given. Our condo also had many beach chairs, boogie boards & rafts, which was awesome. Most have only a few, if any. With the replaced toilet seat, I would rent it again.

We've stayed at the Sea Watch Condominium 5 times now- always a pleasure. The unit was decently priced and worked for us as a family with two small kids. However it does need some updating. The appliances are ancient and the dishwasher doesn't actually even clean the dishes. I love that they converted the den into a third bedroom but one of the slider doors for it did not work. Luckily we didn't actually need to use that bedroom. It worked just fine for us but the unit could use some updating. None of the negatives affected our amazing week away.

They charge for cleaning the place was all dirty maintenance think they can come in and touch your stuff when they feel like . Disrespectful. Place was ok but the rest sucked. Wont go there again
