Situé dans Playacar Pase I; une communauté fermée de maisons haut de gamme et est adjacente au centre-ville de Playa Del Carmen. La Quinta Avenida (Cinquième Avenue) est à quelques pas de la Casa Miramar où se trouvent des magasins, des restaurants, des cafés, des galeries d'art, des sports nautiques, des visites, des bars et des spectacles. Cette maison a tout ce que vous pourriez souhaiter. Avec un sol en marbre partout et entièrement équipée avec des équipements, Casa Miramar a une vue fabuleuse sur l'océan peut être appréciée de presque toutes les pièces et en particulier du patio confortable adjacent à la piscine privée ou de la spacieuse terrasse au 2ème étage. WHAT a spectacular, beautiful home. TWO masters, baths for all the bedrooms, plenty of comfortable beds and seating for all. The kitchen is well appointed and the washer, dryer, dishwasher, wifi, TVS, and icemaker let you settle in just like home. The views from the upstairs balcony are gorgeous, with plenty of room for the whole family to share meals upstairs, by the pool, or in the spacious dining room. The pool is small, but a great size for a family dip in the heat. We used it every day.It is a lovely, short walk into town, past ancient ruins that are fun to explore, with monkeys, sereque (agouti, related to capybara), coati mundi, wild pigs, and racoons. Be sure and catch the bird sanctuary right in the neighborhood. The home is located in a lovely, gated neighborhood of high end homes, with 24/7 security who are friendly and helpful.Mercedes and Patricia were quick to respond for anything that we needed, including transportation and excursions. Alejandro set up a whale shark excursion for our family that was the highlight of our trip. We did some others through the internet and they did not come close to the personal attention we received. Outstanding!While the property is steps from the beach, the sargassum made it unusable. It has NOTHING to do with this incredible property, but climate change certainly makes this an issue in summer. We had no problem finding plenty to do.We could not have had a better experience and would absolutely recommend it!

Our group loved our stay here. The house is not only spacious and beautiful, but the host team was very helpful and communicative with transportation services & easy check-in, their recommended chef service was amazing, and the housekeepers went above and beyond. Check-out instructions were extremely simple. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. They've also addressed replacing pots and pans per some other comments, as we had no issues.

The house worked out great for our extended family…5 adults, 2 kids. It is right across from the beach path and private pool added options. The housekeeping staff was amazing, keeping the place very clean. The management staff was there to check us in and answer any of our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. They replaced a toaster that was not working and a broken beach chair within hours. The maintenance crew was quickly sent to deal with a sliding door not functioning. The large laundry new machines made it easy to pack light. The area itself was very secure and clean. Security rode around on scooters day and night and the streets were swept every day. A brand new set of pans in the kitchen made making meals at home easy. The knives could use a good sharpening though! Water was delivered as soon an empty bottle was left by the door. The dishwasher was not functioning correctly and a new one was ordered and should be there now! They delivered ice since a part did not arrive. There was salt and sugar and we left some spices and unopened groceries. We also left some beach and pool toys and a large beach sheet. Unfortunately, we could not use the beach our last 5 days since a blanket of sargassum covered the shore and water. It is very unusual for winter months and no fault of the owners. There was some earlier at the shore, but crews were able to remove it from the beach. Again, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful or responsive to any issues

Would like to start ouit with the Positive points. The house location was wonderful. You could see the ocean and public access was right there to walk on the beach. Mario and Marcello were very attentive to any needs during the stay. Playacar Fase 1 is such a nice quiet neighborhood and easily walkable to 5th Avenue. It is a 20 minute walk but it was nice. The negatives were- 3 times the electricity went out in the house . Each time got longer and longer. The night before we left we lost power at midnight and it never came back on before we left for the airport at 8 am. That means No Water and no flushing toilets. The other thing that really just needs replacing is cooking pans. I saw this comment on a previous review and still needs replacing . The pans were nearly not cookable. The last negative was the house on the corner on Saturdays and Sundays plays his loud speakers outside all day long . It was to the point on Sunday that we could not even have a good family discussion without yelling over the music. Overall it was a great week with wonderful memories. Playacar area is a wonderful area to be in.
