I loved how welcoming and comfortable the hotel was from the moment I arrived. The lobby had a really nice atmosphere, the room was very clean, and the receptionist was kind and accommodating enough to allow me to check in early. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and overall comfort of my stay.
Nothing in particular. I had a pleasant and comfortable stay overall, and I appreciated the good service and cleanliness.

The location was very close to my business meetings. It was a bonus that the hotel was so close to Greenhills Mall as well! The LRT-3 station is also close. Very convenience.
The pool area could have been a bit more tidy.

Location wise it's very close to Greenhills mall which is a large mall with several food options
There was a bad smell coming out of the sewage piping system. Would recommend the maintenance team review the reason for the smell coming out of the sewage piping
