Spoilt Split

Well maintained and clean house with good facilities.

Poor location far from the city centre (about 9km), long walk to bus stop and expensive to use Uber continuously in and out of the city. Uber and taxi services also struggle to find the house. The hosts stay in a separate area of the same house. They are very strict regarding the house rules and there was a 200 Euro refundable deposit payable in cash on arrival that was not mentioned prior to our stay. The hosts were bombastic and intruded on our fun. We simply we were having controlled fun in the dining room (were slightly noisy) and were threatened with police action and warned about the rest of their family/children/grandchildren whose sleep was being disturbed. Overall it is a nice house in a poor location. I would not recommend this property. The hosts spoilt a long anticipated reunion with friends. Furthermore, they check every single bit of equipment/appliance etc in the house prior to departure for possible damage and made us extremely uncomfortable.

Pleasant

Comfortable, good view and pool

The hosts live underneath the apartment with their daughter and grandchild in an apartment above. They were present the whole time and very strict on people making noise. Not very pleasant when you are trying to relax on holiday. They need to mention on the listing prior to booking that they would like the place to be very quiet. A lot of rules.

Väldigt rolig.

Att vi hade tillgång till många aktiviteter på boendet.

Var en bit ifrån split och lång i en väldigt lång uppförsbacke.
