SILK HOUSE WITH PANORAMIC TERRACE AND PRIVATE PARKING

Beautiful property in Como. Owners were very nice and left us some breakfast cakes which was very thoughtful. There were 6 of us and were all very comfortable. The balcony is huge on this apartment and there is a rooftop area as well.

Host, Laura and her husband were so helpful and were available to help at all times. Basics to start you stay was all there. Highly recommended

Perfect place for our family. Close to everywhere we wanted to go. Very good amenities. Very accommodating host.

I rent flats in London and this flat to stay in puts mine to shame for just offering basic accommodation. Lauras and Guiseppes flat is exquisite and ideal for enjoying Como. Was anything missing? No to the last detail, they have everything covered. Everything is tasteful. Our hosts even thought about welcome pack of essentials and were there to greet us and took time to explain where everything was in the flat. Roof terrace - a dream with a beautiful view of the lake.We arrived by train and made the mistake of thinking we could get to the flat by public transport. Dont bother. My advice is be prepared to take a taxi. No 25 at Como taxis is the lynchpin, a fabulous, considerate, fair and hard working gentleman.See my write up on Bar Italia Torno
