The hosts were very nice, helpful and responsive. They helped us with every question we had and were quick to respond with our simple requests like a cleaning sponge for dishes, salt. The house was very clean and comfortable with fresh linens and towels.. The location was good in a residential neighborhood but a short drive to the cable car. They let us check in early, and store our luggage for half a day after we checked out.
We felt like a few simple things could have been added to make our stay a little more comfortable: salt and pepper, sugar and coffee, trash bags, umbrellas to use on a rainy day... also in the pictures you can see a playground in the outside area but it was not there or not available to us.
