Judith on reception was very welcoming and provided useful information about various places nearby to visit. They were very accommodating dealing with the group of people with learning disabilities. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.
Everything as expected from the information provided on the booking.com website

We only stayed for 1 night, but the staff couldn't do enough for us. Barbara in particular was so helpful when our booked taxi to the airport looked like being a no-show.
The location was very convenient for the V & A waterfront area, just a 10-15 minute walk.

Perfectly located for a quick stroll to the waterfront. Judith was incredible. Everyone is super nice and helpful . The room was serviced every day. We felt very safe and well taken care of.

It is in a safe neighbourhood
My room did not have windows. And there were cockroaches in the room.
