This is a very rare occasion to rate an experience exceptional. We were met by the owner Joraj who welcomed us and who patiently showed us around the apartment and explained the facilities. It is very spacious over two floors. The lower of the two (above the ground floor shop / bank) accommodating a double bedroom with separate bathroom / lounge / dining area / well equipped kitchen. The upper a double bedroom / laundry / spa area with whirlpool and salt wall sauna. Bathrooms – ample hot water and powerful showers. The beds large and with firm mattresses which is our family preference. There is a large patio area. The pool which is a very generous 12 metres long to accommodate laps is accessed up a short slope and behind the owner’s house. It is reserved exclusively for this apartment. The location is excellent with the number 10 bus terminus (Dubrovnik old city), ferry, supermarket, chemist, bakery and very small market (almost forgot the gelato shop) within 10 to 150 metres). Opposite the flat are two other flats owned by the same host so for a larger party there is plenty of accommodation and presumably you would be able to share the spa and pool with your accompanying friends / family. Joraj was on hand to help with any questions.

What an amazing place, we felt like millionaires! Cavtat is a great place nice walks, good food and bars.

Exceptional in every way, including both the property itself and its ideal location within Cavtat. Everything has been thought of and is of a very high standard. Spacious both inside and out. Panoramic views from the poperty's many large windows and patio doors. Juraj is communicative, friendly and helpful, which makes for the perfect host. Remarkably peaceful, especially when you consider that the busy waterfront area of Cavtat starts only a few metres away. We could happily have stayed here a very long time and would be delighted to return.
There are no negatives. We loved everything.
