Good location, 24h shop in the building
The windows face wide noisy road, it's hard to sleep with an open window. No curtain in the shower, so after you take it water is everywhere. Strong smell of cigarettes in the apartment. The small sofa when unfolded has a hard central part and is very uncomfortable to sleep on. Small kitchenette.
