Great base for a group trip. The apartment is huge—easily hosts ten people with comfy beds and lots of seating. Supermarkets are all around, and Yerevan State Medical University is minutes away. The city center is an easy walk. Inside it’s clean, airy, and in good condition; all appliances work as they should. Big, quiet, and convenient—perfect for families or friends.

Thanks a lot.
It was the best place i have ever seen in my whole life.
Very close to city centre by walking distance. Shops nearby, and a luxury house like a castle.
Thank You very much Arik and Vanik for your hospitality.
