Easy check in and good communication ahead of arrival. Ideal location for where we needed to be and easy parking. Lindley is a lovely area.
Lots of instructions - I’ve never been asked to strip the bed and put all the towels, sheets, duvet cover etc bath mat and tea towel in a bag before now and I’ve stayed in many apartments/ Air BnBs. Some tea bags, coffee and milk would have been nice to make it feel a little more welcoming.

Very clean, decent facilities, comfy bed, good shower.
As only staying for one night, a tea and coffee tray would be a very good addition.

Cosy, warm and had everything we needed, whilst being in an excellent location for all local amenities.
Nothing to dislike

We got the wrong code to get the keys from the lock but the owner was literally 1min away. She answered my call immediately and came to help. She was so nice and helpful. She upgraded us to a wonderful little flat which allowed us to have our family around for dinner. The kitchen was great for a weekend cooking. There was a fire (we put it on and it created a great atmosphere), a TV (didnt try it sorry). Stunning decoration, super clean and just across a church for Sunday service. I have given the details to my sister in law for her to rent it when she goes to visit her family. Stunning place. Will go back no doubt. Highly recommend it.
There is nothing I didnt like. It was just all perfect.
