Ramada Suites by Wyndham Auckland Manukau Pacfic Centre

Our stay was very comfortable. Easy Check-In and helpful reception staff. There was no sheer curtain in the room (G14) and being on the ground floor this made privacy from Great South Road an issue, would recommend replacing these. The blockout curtain was great and very little road noise from busy main arterial just outside - fantastic! The breakfast was sparse compared to other hotels of the same price bracket (see Ibis Tainui/Hamilton full $30 buffet) but was sufficient - disappointed there was no complimentary coffee provided and the expectation was for guests to purchase a barista coffee from Groundfloor cafe - we went back to the room and retrieved a sachet instead. Suggest providing instant coffee at a minimum as we werent the only guests who requested coffee.

Missing sheer curtain behind blockout curtain in room. Kitchenette a little cramoed but sufficient Breakfast buffet menu could use improvement/additions No coffee included at breakfast!

Excellent location clean and comfy.

Coffee not included in the breakfast.

Close to conference centre.

For the price paid per night, it didnt meet my expectations. The breakfast was basic and often had to wait for refilling of the breakfast stations. The two bedroom apartment had minimal cutlery, pots and no toaster. Towels etc we were serviced every 3rd day which we were not aware of upon checkin.
