Designs modernes et contemporains, ameublement et accents complètent ce condo complètement rénové et rénové. La chambre a un lit queen et le salon dispose d'un canapé-lit permettant à cette unité pour accueillir jusqu'à quatre (4) personnes. Aucun détail n'a été manqué dans ce condo bien aménagées. La cuisine entièrement équipée est complètement ouvert à l'espace de vie, la création d'un grand espace de vie ouvert. Juste à côté de la salle de séjour est la véranda privée qui donne sur la piscine et offre une vue panoramique face à l'océan. Vous pouvez voir les îles de Lanai et Molokai de la véranda de cette unité.
Ce condo est situé à Kahana Reef dans la ville de Kahana, à quelques miles au nord de Ka'anapali. Kahana a des magasins et des restaurants et est également un court trajet en voiture vers les villes voisines de Kapalua (au nord) et Ka'anapali et Lahaina (au sud.)
Le terrain change avec les saisons, mais parfois tout au long de l'année, vous pourrez nager à la plage à côté de la propriété. Il y a aussi de nombreuses plages à une courte distance en voiture. Vous aurez envie de visiter la baie de Napili et Kapalua Bay, à la fois juste un court trajet en voiture vers le nord.
Shopping et options de restauration. Le supermarché placard est à Napili, le marché Napili, situé juste à côté de l'autoroute dans la ville de Napili. Vous trouverez également Times Supermarket au début de Lower Honoapi'ilani Hwy sur votre chemin vers le Kahana Reef. De Lahaina à Kapalua, vous trouverez des boutiques et des restaurants allant du style décontracté au luxe. Il y a quelque chose pour chacun.

We were very pleased with the quality of the furnishings and finishes in the condo. The company promptly replaced the fridge water filter when we arrived. While we asked if a table for the lanai could be provided for tha lanai (trying to eat meals off of small knee height tables was not comfortable) we never received a reply.Would suggest a laundry basket or hamper, we put dirty clothes and towels in drawers in entry—then had to use grocery bags to take to and from the laundry Center.There was a note left for us on checkin, requesting we contact the office if a light disturb could be replaced and shower leak repaired. We did and the light was promptly replaced but the constant leak from the shower, never was addressed.This was our comfortable home away from home for 4 weeks. The constantly changing, ever fascinating view was the best feature!

Spent 12 days at Kahana Reef. Weather was perfect low 70s at night — mid 80s daytime. Located 50 feet from ocean. Wonderful views especially at sunset.

This was our 24th visit to Maui in the past 43 years. We arrived in the evening with a carload full of Costco food at our vacation condo #207 for our 3 week vacation, to find that the fridge was NOT working. It was at room temperature.
A handwritten (unsigned) note on the kitchen counter informed us that the Management Co. would be looking after this problem in the ‘next few’ days.
We spend the next few days putting fresh and frozen food into fridges in “other units’ on the fourth and first floors of the same building, also managed by Maui Condo, while these units were unoccupied. After that we had to purchase styrofoam coolers and ice bags twice daily at the local gas station in order to keep our food and beverages cold. We like to buy our own groceries and cook our meals instead of going to restaurants. After 5 days a used Loaner Fridge was delivered. At that point we were grateful that we had a working fridge at all. After some tense phone conversations with the company representative we were refunded $1000 to our credit card for our troubles.( Our toal bill for a 3 week stay was over $9,000) Considering that this company advertises itself as managing 240 condos on Maui we found it surprising that they wouldn’t have “Emergency” appliances available, (even just a small bar fridge) to substitute temporarily in cases as this. Surely fridges and other appliances must be braking down in one or more of these 240 condos at any given time. Apart from the fridge issue, the condo was definitively one of the better condos we rented at Kahana Reef, nicely renovated and reasonably well cleaned. A broken fridge was much more detrimental to our stay than a couple of silverfish in the kitchen drawers, ......after all it is Maui.
