The location qaa excellent. The flat was very spacious and the added bonus of a balcony was wonderful.
Have two sets of keys instead of one. There were times we went in different directions which meant if someone without a key wanted to return to the flat they had to track down the key holder. Also there was not a spare purple rubbish bag for the bin. It was not made clear that there is a parking permit when we booked so we came by train instead. It may be worth getting a second parking permit for situations where families come in more than one vehicle.

The location is amazing and view is fantastic. Spacious apartment - especially the living room, comfortable beds and kitchen with lots of utensils etc.. We also loved the welcome bag!
The shared entrance hall and stairs; plaster falling off the walls and it smelt awful as the rubbish is kept in bags at the bottom of the stairwell and it was hot so made it smell even worse.

Amazing waterfront views & sea breezes, next to beach & shopping, plenty of space for 5+ people, simply stocked kitchen with washer.
A bit of road from the bedrooms, and restaurant noise from the balcony, warm temps inside during the summer, worn carpet from street entry & throughout rental unit.
