Great location, pleasant rooms,great food and excellent staff.

Fabulous breakfast and so nice to have a bath. Dog friendly. Staff were lovely.

Beds were a bit soft but that’s only a minor point on a very welcome stay.

Being charged £20 to have my small dog stay. The extortionate cost wasn’t put on the listing. I’ve been charged £10 at other places. The man who checked me in asked if this cost was ok? did I have a choice when I was already standing there waiting for my room key?! He was way over the top and spoke too fast not what I needed thanks! Someone calm on check in would have been nice! Also had a vegetarian breakfast which didn’t come with spinach as advertised, and as we get less items of food it would have been nice to have added scrambled tofu. Also the bar closed at 9pm. Had to go to the pub around the corner.
