Its the first impression when you enter the lobby , very warm welcoming when i reached with my wife they helped me with taking care of the luggage which you dont see in 5 star hotels in Istanbul, hotel is very clean and room cleaning they will do it everyday , while i am staying i didnt feel that’s i am on 3 star hotel , there was an issue with AC but the team fixed immediately and the apology they give halkoum what a nice way to say sorry
I found the room smaller than expected

Location, staff responsiveness; breakfast
Nothing much other than occasional smell when exiting the lift to the floor.
