Magnificent Georgian Colonial With Pool Only Seven Miles To Manhattan
Cette vaste, entièrement restauré 100 années vieux géorgienne Colonia sur 1/2 acre de parc comme terrain avec grande piscine creusée et jacuzzi attenant dispose de quatre étages d'espace de vie, y compris cinq chambres, quatre salles de bains, cuisine neuve, formelle lambrissé salle à manger, salon avec cheminée, salle de soleil, TV / salle familiale, sous-sol rénové avec grand écran de télévision, petite salle de gym, salle de lavage, Wi-Fi et la télévision par câble. Le quatrième étage est une magnifique chambre de maître avec dressing séparé, douche en verre, et salle de lecture. L'arrêt de bus express à l'Administration portuaire à Manhattan en trois minutes à pied, avec les bus express fréquents. La maison est d'environ 5000 pieds carrés, le tout magnifiquement restauré et impeccablement entretenu.

This was a beautiful property. Victor had everything we needed for our stay and even allowed us to check in early. My only concern was that the host stayed in the room through the sunroom. There were no issues with him staying there, except that it wasn't mentioned in the listing. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

We had a really good time and the location is perfect. Easy to go to the city and at the house it’s quiet and a nice garden with nice swimming pool. The owner is very helpfull. Highly recommend!

Our stay at this home was a memorable vacation. We wanted to visit New York City without the option to also have a place for some relaxing downtime. Victor’s house was perfect for this vacation. Several days were spent relaxing in the pool and enjoying the sunroom.The home is historic and beautifully decorated. There are lots of spaces to relax and recharge. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms were all nice. There is a great bagel shop a few blocks walk from the house that we took advantage of. And the house is a short drive to grocery stores, restaurants (Chit Chat Cafe), and coffee shops (Dunkin Donuts). It was a unique experience. We used the NJ bus system several times to travel into the city and then used the subways. It was the most cost-effective option and easy with the Citymapper app. But we also had a rental car that we used four some of our trips and pre-paid for parking in the city using the Icon Parking app. We were also able to drive the car on a few day trips to the Hudson River Valley and Long Island.

We were looking for a peaceful place just to escape the city for a week and that's exactly what we got. The pool was perfect for multiple swims a day. The house has lots of rooms to unwind and curl up with a magazine or device. And the backyard had multiple places to sit and relax and watch the fireflies at night while eating ice cream with our son. There are beautiful plantings everywhere along the yard. And the house was immaculate. Beds were comfy and there were plenty of extra towels and blankets (I get cold at night). We would stay there again in a heartbeat!
