The location of the house is the main reason I rented here and it did not disappoint! Sitting on the porch I could actually hear the waves crashing on the shore and it was amazing. The area is very quiet yet close to everything;(restaurants, ice cream, shops, Wawa all in walking distance). The house is well equipped with a great kitchen and outdoor shower for each floor. The owner Jen was fantastic and attentive without being intrusive. Overall, my family and I had a wonderful stay!

The house was so lovely and Jen was an absolute peach! She was quick to respond and very easy to communicate with. She quickly resolved an issue we had with the HVAC and even offered to let us both check in early and check out late. I would (and hope to) stay here again in a heartbeat!

Jennifer’s place is my favorite rental I’ve had to date on LBI. The space was extremely clean and spacious. The mattresses were super comfy as were the pillows. Jennifer really found ways of adding special touches and details, and the included beach chairs and brand new grill made the stay even more special and easy. The icing on the cake is that her place is one house from the beach. I loved this spot and am looking forward to returning.
