There is a gym and pool. The room was clean and tastefully decorated. There is a grocery store within walking distance.
The free breakfast was really bare minimum. The pillows were very lumpy. There is no safe in the room.

The scrambled eggs tasted like powdered eggs and it would be nice to have at least one bagel choice of whole grain but everything else was fine.

The location worked well for us and the room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast and coffee were appreciated. My husband had a medical situation arise overnight and we were given very good advice by the concierge on where to go for healthcare so we would not spend a full day in the ER.
The cost of the room was high, most likely because it was a holiday weekend and I booked it a few weeks out.

The property was clean and well maintained. The Hispanic gentleman at the front desk was very welcoming and greeted us warmly, exactly how someone working in hospitality should treat guests. I don’t know his name, but I want to make sure he gets credit for his excellent customer service. The Black female housekeeping staff member we encountered was also very nice, friendly, and always greeted us. She deserves recognition as well.
Unfortunately, the rest of our experience with the staff was very different. Most of the front desk staff were unwelcoming, and the staff working in the breakfast area were also not friendly. In the hospitality industry, guests should at least feel welcomed and acknowledged. Management should provide better customer-service training and, if necessary, replace staff who are unwilling to treat guests properly.
