This place was perfect for us. Beautiful neighborhood, easily walkable to the river and anything downtown. We had two young kids and a dog, and still felt like we had the space we needed. Hosts were communicative and accommodating. Excellent value- would highly recommend staying here, and we would choose it again easily!

A very cute home- loved my stay! The fenced backyard was nice to have for my dog and the neighborhood perfect for walks. It was great for when my family visited as well. I spent 3 months and was sad to leave.

Had a wonderful stay at the Collins Chestnut House. It was the perfect location for what we needed. We chose this location based on proximity, comfort of furniture in the Living Room, pet friendly with fenced in back yard, and the kitchen. Regarding these, all was perfect. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms are fantastic, clean and modern even though the house dates back to 1910! The only thing that was a bit unnerving are the front and back door locks - they only lock or unlock from the inside WITH the key. We are always concerned about Fire Safety, and in the event of needing to get out quickly, this could hinder an exit and is a major fire hazard. Otherwise, the house has a lot of charm and it was nice to settle into this place for a few days while visiting family for the Holidays. Thank you!
