The view from the unit is beautiful, and sunsets were gorgeous. This is our second time staying at Pier 57, and we love the location and the rooftop pool (which is spectacular). We were four people (two couples), but there is little privacy when both rooms are closed off. That said, the unit was well maintained, and when the toaster didn't work, the management company replaced it right away. The building is still striking and the rooftop and location can't be beat.

Amazing apartment in an amazing building very centrally located. The floor plans in this building are somewhere between genius and weird, but they work. The central location is great - everything is just out the door, which also means you hear a lot - this is a vibrant part of town. The only things I would change would be better bedding and fewer pops of color…but that’s just me.

Overall the place was perfect for our first time in Puerto Vallarta. It's in the middle of Zona Romantica. You can't go wrong with this place. The pool and the views from the pool were AMAZING! Hard to even leave it to explore the city! LOL! If you are ok without a tub and want to be in the center of everything, pick this place! You won't regret it!

Having visited Puerto Vallarta multiple times, this was a real disappointment. On the upside, the location is perfect for the Zona romantic and the beach, the building well maintained, the pool and bar area a real bonus and Jonathan from Casa Hill was helpful. On the downside, this apartment is tired and in need of updating. Especially the soft furnishings. It would be a spectacular studio apartment but not a 2 bedroom. It is quite small and does not have actual bedrooms. You create bedrooms by closing air walls (which do not fully close) this makes the apartment very claustrophobic. We had no a/c for the last 4 days of our stay. We were offered a room move after almost 2 days without a/c which was not convenient. Casa Hill seems to struggle with service. We received multiple e mails and texts about or travel details which were provided multiple times. We even called the office to make sure they had what they needed and whilst they said that they did, they clearly did not. Our pre booked transfer was hastily arranged when we landed in PV. The agent also failed to resolve the a/c situation and was not forthcoming with any kind of compensation for the loss of facility. Communication was very much us chasing them. Not the kind of service you expect when you rent a penthouse.
