Large studio with king bed, full kitchen, sofa bed. Half wall separating.
Dans une rue calme à seulement 2 pâtés de maisons de la plage et à 15 minutes à pied de la place de la ville. Beau grand studio avec un lit king et un demi-mur et un placard séparant la chambre du salon et du coin cuisine. Canapé-lit pour un troisième invité si nécessaire. Cuisine bien équipée avec comptoir en granit et grand réfrigérateur. Propriété partagée avec 2 autres unités, un petit studio au rez-de-chaussée et 2 chambres au deuxième étage. Espace jardin et piscine partagé avec les 3 unités. Votre unité a un porche privé, blindé. Situé juste à côté de la propriété Abbey del Sol avec le bureau central est situé. Le bureau est ouvert tous les jours de 8h00 à 17h00 pour vous aider avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin.

We stayed for 8 nights as a couple with our 6-year-old and had a great experience. The apartment is well-suited for a small family. Being on the ground floor was a big plus, especially with a child — easy access and no stairs to worry about.The pool was a highlight for all of us — clean, well-maintained, and perfect for cooling off after a day out. We also really enjoyed using the grill in the evenings.The area was peaceful and safe, and the apartment had everything we needed for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. We’d definitely recommend it to other families

We rented this apartment for 5 days. It is a one-floor rental that includes big jugs of drinking and cooking water, beach towels, beach chairs and bicycles which we found to be a great addition to our trip. Any trip you want to organize can be done by sending a whatsapp message or walking to the main property management office around the corner. We would definately stay in one of their apartments again. Clean, good bed, good showers and it backs up onto a pool. I wasn't interested in swimming in the pool (its chlorinated) and its not big enough to do laps but if you wanted to cool off its great. The lounge chairs and trees around it is very lovely. Because the apartment is on the main floor, we closed our blinds for privacy as other people can use the pool area but mostly we had it to ourselves. It is a 5 minute or less walk to the beach!!!

Great value. A little north from the town center, walkable to all locations. Collectivo made visiting La Colonia easy. Exterior pool was refreshing, clean for those afternoons. Quiet location.
