Perfect for what we needed as a family of 8,, the host was very easy to communicate with as well.

The house is very clean and there was no shortage of fresh towels.

Our party totaled six people, including 2 very young children. We rented both apts...upper and lower, which was necessary for us as we needed at least 3 BRs. This house fit the bill perfectly, with 2 BRs in each apt. If you need a place that's super clean with plenty of room, this is it. Although the property is VERY close to Rt 9, the fenced side yard was good for the kids and lounging around a campfire. Keep in mind that there is no immediate lake access, and a view of the lake is blocked by woods. Lake access is available down the road a bit. If that is not a concern, this is a wonderful rental.

This home is great for anyone traveling with small children. Full size crib, booster seat, and most importantly to my grand-daughter, a huge doll house. Plenty of room for our family of 5 adults and 1 toddler, nicely furnished, and beds were comfy.It was immaculate, and came stocked with cleaning essentials and some paper products. No immediate water access or view, but you don’t have to travel far to get to it. The public beaches in the area were great, especially in Minerva, which was a 20 min drive away.Some businesses still not open, but the ones which were followed the recommended protocols.The village of Chestertown has everything you might need & is little over 5 mi away. Check out the Main St. Ice Cream Parlor, lots of outdoor seating and the food is excellent, and the Farmer’s Market, held on Wednesdays, is also worth a visit.
