Great location. Very responsive owner.
Furnishing strange. Really a two person place (fine, that was what we wanted), with large part of space taken up by dining furniture for four, but only one chair to sit and read or watch tv.

Good location
Didn’t like the ring camera on the patio area as felt a bit intrusive when you are just trying to sit and relax.

Location, but a very noisy street
It badly needed an upgrade, and it was very grubby in places, I did ask for washing up liquid dish clith and towels for drying ware ,no tea bags ,sugar ,4 coffee pods, there is plenty of Delph, mugs were badly stained ,beds also need replacing
