We were very pleased with how convenient our condo location was. Beautiful view from the balcony, short steps to the elevator for anything we did. Very short walk to the beach! We enjoyed the stay with our little dogs, there were many places to walk them. We enjoyed our vacation and would stay there again! The host was very helpful.

The stay was great! The condo was clean and spacious with a good view of the beach. Both bedrooms and living room each have a ceiling fan. Being from the Houston, Texas area, I always appreciate a room with a ceiling fan! The washer and dryer in the unit was especially useful since we only brought 5 beach towels and it allowed us to wash them when needed. The condo was equipped with a toaster, blender, coffee maker, pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware and even a cheese grater. I don’t even have a cheese grater in my own kitchen! There is a closet area between the kitchen/living room to store pantry food, suitcases, etc. You will also find for use a Shark vacuum. Not only was it great to vacuum the condo when needed, it also turns into a small portable vacuum, which can be used to vacuum your vehicle! Amen to being able to vacuum your car before driving home! While not used by us, the condo also comes equipped with a PS2 unit & games along with a couple of board games. There are carts for use by each stairway which was vey helpful for bringing food and luggage to the unit. The condo is less than a 3 minute walk to the beach or the 1st pool. The second pool area is at the other end of the parking lot by the grills. Once you step foot onto the beach, you can talk to attendant and they will direct you to the two chairs and an umbrella included as part of your stay. The complex is pet friendly and although we didn’t bring ours, I was happy to see others with their pets.

Communication was excellent, room was clean and location was within walking distance to 3 very excellent restaruants, good beach access. only downside was weather, had some rain but still had good of beach time , just not a lot to do with poor weather,, other than that we had great time and would highly recommend room!!

We loved the location and view, we are older and the living room furniture was not at all comfortable. The master bed was great. We had to fix the guest bathroom toliet, it was leaking water all over the floor. It could use some cosmetic maintenance.
