Donki is downstairs and close to the hotel. It's convenient for hotel guests to pick up merchandise with ease before leaving Tokyu Stay. Room is also clean and neat, would like to visit the hotel again in the future.

There is a washing machine in the room, it’s very convenient! Hair dryer also good!

Location is okay, 5 mins from Monorail, 20 mins from center and main shopping street (Kokusai dori). There is a nice spacious lounge with free coffee and tea in the entrance hall. A Don Quijote store is right next to the hotel for shopping food and souvenirs.
My room had a terrible strong damp and moist smell. It was annoying to have that smell hit your face everytime you enter the room. It was uncomfortable to sleep with that smell and after one night my clothes started picking up the smell. I asked for another room and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful with my request, they gave me another room.
