Confortable et récemment mis à jour un appartement de 2 chambres et den, avec 2 salles de bains complètes (1 lit King + 1 Queen + 1 lit Queen dans la chambre supplémentaire) 1,200 sq / ft. suite au niveau du sol avec deux terrasses privées.
Tous les appartements ont été repeints et mis à jour 2017/2018.
Tous nos appartements sont entièrement meublés et équipés, y compris les laveuses, sécheuses, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes et 2 téléviseurs à écran plat.
Notre mini-station Gumbo Limbo Vacation Rentals propose 2 grands duplex et une piscine à cascade inférieure noire avec des salons et un espace barbecue.
Des chaises longues, des parasols et des jouets pour la piscine et le sable sont proposés gratuitement.
Wifi gratuit.
En haute saison (février-fin avril) nous louons exclusivement du samedi au samedi.

Beautiful property on the ground floor. The pool and beach supplies were very nice. Not much outdoor privacy available and we could hear almost every step from guests on the floor above us. Tiny ants were a nuisance even after traps but that’s to be expected almost anywhere tropical. Otherwise, the owner was very responsive, the free trolley was very convenient, and we had a lovely stay.

Overall the condo was in a great location and clean. There was a lack of communication (regarding pests).

We had a wonderful ladies’ getaway and throughly enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, well maintained, and in a fantastic location. The beach was just a short walk away, making it easy to spend long days at the beach and walking by to the house for convenience. The local area was lively and fun, a “Jimmy Buffet” area. For a more upscale, grow up atmosphere, it was only a short drive to Sarasota, where we enjoyed excellent dining and entertainment. Overall, a time was had and would recommend and hopefully enjoy again!

Im rating this property fair to make sure potential renters take the complaints of the noise from the upstairs apartment seriously. The property would get 5 star's for location, very convenient to the beach. The apartment was clean, well apointed with everything you need in a small kitchen, with the exception of refrigerator is very tiny. The living space appears larger in the pictures. We were 4 adults and 1 child a little tight.Note to the owner the bathrooms need towel racks or hooks to hang towels, the showers need a shelf or caddies, no place to put anything we used the window sill in the little bath. It would help to have tvs in all the bedrooms, to help drown out the noises from upstairs.
