L’appartement clair (110 m²) avec un étage mansardé et une galerie, se situe dans une maison indépendante. Le quartier est calme mais pourtant en plein centre, à proximité de Hönigschmidplatz. L'ensemble des équipements est neuf et haut de gamme (canapé en cuir de Rolf Benz, armoires en bois massif). Cuisine intégrée neuve de haute qualité. Grande salle de bains avec baignoire. Toilettes indépendantes. Parquet et pierre naturelle au sol. Lave-linge sur place et sèche-linge collectif dans la cave.

Great apartment and excellent location for a family of 5 with 3 adults and 2 older teens. Short walk to the EDEKA market (50 m) and close to public transit stops. Plenty of space for my family for sleeping and lounging at night. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking our own meals, and having access to a washing machine was an added bonus after 7 days of travel. Host (Regina) was very responsive to email communications, making the check-in process a breeze. I would highly recommend staying here for your next visit to Munich!

Family holiday in Germany to visit friends and see the area! We had a rental car to see some of the outlying towns and this location was great for that! We were further from the downtown area than we thought but we were able to walk to the tram.

The property was very spacious and light. It was very convenient to the bus stop and market. My son and I had plenty of room to enjoy our week in Munich. I would highly recommend staying here when visiting.

The apartment is fantastic, the living room has a huge TV with ample seating, and the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of plates and glasses etc, the apartment was very clean, and the instructions to the apartment were very easy to follow. We wished we could stay longer. Highly recommeded!
